Sweet corn spoonbread from family gatherings

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13” pan.
  2. Mix all together.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
