Ditch the glaze packet, use this instead.

Ingredients

• 0.75 cup honey
• 0.5 cup light brown sugar
• 0.25 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1.5 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

1. Mix over low heat. Use as a ham glaze.
