Pumpkin pie
The mandatory Thanksgiving pumpkin pie 🥧
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree (not the pie mix)
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp ground cloves
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Directions
- Mix together until smooth.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool on a rack, serve warm or cool.
