Shortcut to lots of flavors in anything you make with butter 🧈
Orange honey
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp finely grated orange zest
Chives
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 0.25 cups of finely chopped fresh chives
Fresh herbs
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley, etc)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp ground pepper
Cinnamon maple
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 0.75 tsp ground cinnamon
Jerk
- 1 tablespoon roasted and chopped garlic
- 2 to 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
