Mocha truffles
A tasty chocolate with just a hint of coffee to balance it out
Ingredients
- 24 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tsp water
- Chocolate to dip in
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips. Combine with cream cheese, coffee, and water.
- Roll into small balls (about the size of a quarter).
- Chill in the fridge for several hours before dipping in melted chocolate.
Notes
- A drop or two of extracts like peppermint or raspberry or almond goes a long way!
