Mocha truffles

A tasty chocolate with just a hint of coffee to balance it out


  • 24 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tsp water
  • Chocolate to dip in


  1. Melt chocolate chips.  Combine with cream cheese, coffee, and water.
  2. Roll into small balls (about the size of a quarter).
  3. Chill in the fridge for several hours before dipping in melted chocolate.


  • A drop or two of extracts like peppermint or raspberry or almond goes a long way!
