Infused bourbons

Adding flavorful ingredients to steep in bourbon can change a bottle you’re not thrilled with into something delicious. Give each a good 3-6 months to steep!

3 cups is just a guess - most are scaled to about what’s left of a 750 mL bottle once you’ve sampled enough to decide you don’t like it as is. 🥃

Apple pie

  • 2 granny smith apples, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 vanilla beans, split
  • 0.5 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 3 cups bourbon whiskey

Cherry bounce

  • 2 pounds (about 4 cups) fresh sweet dark cherries, pits removed
  • 3 cups bourbon whiskey
  • 0.5 cup caster sugar

Orange vanilla

  • 2 oranges, peels only
  • 2 whole vanilla beans
  • 3 cups bourbon whiskey

Peach pecan

  • 4 peaches, peeled and cut into chunks 
  • 1 cup raw pecans 
  • 3 cups bourbon whiskey

Vanilla chai

  • 3 chai tea bags
  • 2 vanilla beans, split
  • 3 cups bourbon whiskey
