Output Format ?Convert to a different file format. "Original" keeps the source format unchanged. MDN: Image file types

Quality ?Controls lossy compression. Lower values produce smaller files with more visible artifacts. Has no effect on lossless formats like PNG. ImageMagick: -quality 75

Higher quality = larger file size

Strip EXIF & metadata ?Removes embedded data such as camera settings, GPS location, and timestamps. Also strips the ICC color profile, which may cause color shifts in wide-gamut images. Wikipedia: Exif

Quantize to unique colors ?Reduces the palette to only the colors actually present in the image. Can shrink file size for images with few distinct colors, with no visible quality loss. ImageMagick: quantize

Sampling factor ?Controls how chroma (color) channels are downsampled relative to luma (brightness). 4:2:0 gives the best compression; 4:4:4 preserves the most color detail. Only affects JPEG output. Wikipedia: Chroma subsampling

Interlace ?Stores the image in passes so it renders progressively as it loads. "Line" and "JPEG" are the most common choices. Slightly increases file size. Wikipedia: Progressive JPEG

Convert colorspace to sRGB ?Converts the image's color profile to standard sRGB. Useful for wide-gamut images (e.g. Display P3) that may look oversaturated in browsers that ignore color profiles. MDN: Color spaces

Resize width ?Scales the image down to the specified width, preserving the aspect ratio. Has no effect if the target width is larger than the original. ImageMagick: -resize Original
